spyder升级后出现An error ocurred while starting the kernel
使用anconda升级spyder到4.0版本后，出现错误：
from IPython.core.inputtransformer2 import TransformerManager ModuleNotFound
解决方法：
在anconda中更新ipython的版本，之前是6.1会出现错误，应该是更新到7.0版本以上就可以了。
更新后：
另外4.0以上的Spyder可以全局黑色
