在遇到svn提交时候意外中断的情况下，下次提交会被锁住，提示进行clean up ，在项目上右键也提示svn cleanup failed–previous operation has not finished; run cleanup if it was interrupted，死循环
解决方式：1 。在myeclipse中team-refresh/clean up 进行尝试 （可解决）
