1、 只保留版本0中的差异，没有0000000700160的目标成本

创建生产订单前，没有对生产的物料进行标准成本评估，物料没有目标成本，只能算出一种差异。这种错误不影响结算差异

2、 生产订单的系统状态CRTD是活动的

创建生产订单后没有释放该定单。这种错误不影响结算差异。

3、 订单没有状态DLV或者TECO

生产定单没有交货或者是没有技术性关闭。这种错误不影响结算差异。
